"One thing I've always encouraged my clients to focus on is the outcome. Think about it like this, if all things were to go according to plan, what would the desired outcome be? Then once you have that goal in mind, work backward in order to accomplish it.
What pieces need to come together in order to achieve that goal? Write it out, give those items deadlines, and hold people on your team accountable for their areas. You can't work your way to a goal without a clear roadmap and starting with the end in mind is a great way to accomplish the mission."
